I am writing this letter to recognize the high quality sponsor activation services delivered by the team at Kinetic Affect Marketing.
For the last two years, ATB Financial has used the Swing Video and Photo services of this company to activate the Pro Am associated with the ATB Financial Classic, a Mackenzie Tour event in Calgary, Alberta.
ATB Financial has also used activation services offered by the KAM team at other event venues in past years and the results have been consistently positive. At our customer Pro Am, the contracted services were delivered without deviation, the team performed marvelously and without any direct supervision from myself. They arrived on time, were properly staffed and briefed and the event was executed without issue.

Easter Seals is the designated corporate charity of Century 21 in Canada and we support the commitment of the C21 Kids to Camp initiative through our role as Title Sponsor of the Calgary golf tournament. Kinetic Affect Marketing (KAM) has provided a Swing Video service that enables golfers to see their swings side by side with various Tour players. This is quite appealing to all of the golfers. The service uses copies of our C21 Web pages and significantly enhances our visibility with the golfers. KAM also delivers an online, branded Group Photo to each golfer to further support our sponsorship investment.
We have also used KAM services to activate our sponsorship of the Foothills Hospice Rally event. Each Rally team was photographed with their car. A high quality photo was processed, branded, printed and framed. The photos were presented to each team at the evening Gala. Just a quick note to thank you for your marketing efforts during our last two golf events.
When we first met back in early May you challenged me to contemplate about how we spend our marketing dollars. At the end of the day, do our customers remember our sponsorship? Were our customers left with any physical evidence to remind them of the event? "The hamburger is soon forgotten."
Your permission based marketing strategy has proven to be over 90% successful with those recent events and we have received excellent comments from the participants in the events along with questions from our competitors as to how they can be doing the same thing.
I was concerned that this type of event would slow down play time, however your group organization and professionalism did not impede the event at all.
It was exciting to see all of the players receive their booklets at the end of the event and they remained a focus for the rest of the evening.
